The essential controls of the XROS 5 Mini

The Vaporesso XROS 5 Mini combines draw activation with a side airflow control. Adjust how open the draw feels without holding a button during each puff. The format suits users who prefer straightforward operation.

A built-in battery and indicator lights

The device has a 1500 mAh battery charged through USB-C. Illuminated segments provide a reference for the remaining energy. Heating is managed according to the installed cartridge, so the consumable you choose contributes to the pod’s behavior.

An XROS reservoir with a built-in coil

The version presented comes with a 3 ml cartridge containing a 0.8 ohm coil. Remove the upper mouthpiece to expose the designated filling opening. Replace the mouthpiece after adding liquid and make sure it stays securely in place.

Before first use, allow the liquid to soak into the cotton. Then open or restrict the air passage gradually to find your preferred setting. When the coil wears out, replace the entire XROS cartridge and clean the device’s contacts before fitting the next one.

Installing and priming the cartridge

Remove the mouthpiece with a rocking motion, fill the tank through the silicone opening, then close it. For a new cartridge, wait 5 to 10 minutes before the first draw. This lets the cotton absorb the e-liquid.

Adjusting and maintaining

Gradually move the air slider to the draw you want. The pod starts when you inhale and picks the power matching the cartridge. Recharge the battery via USB-C, following the LEDs. Carry the device upright and wipe the connection if liquid collects there.
