Shipping and delivery costs
Our delivery options in France and abroad, with their lead times and rates.
We work with two carriers, Colissimo and Chronopost. Orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.
MAINLAND FRANCE
Five delivery options, Corsica included:
- Colissimo without signature, home delivery: left in your mailbox, usually within 2 to 3 business days.
- Colissimo Relais: pickup at the Colissimo pickup point of your choice.
- Chronopost 24h, home delivery: delivered on the business day after shipping.
- Chronopost Samedi, home delivery: delivered on Saturday.
- Chronopost Relais: pickup at the Chronopost pickup point of your choice.
Shipping costs depend on the value of your items, including VAT, after discounts and excluding shipping. Shipping is free from €29.90 with Colissimo and pickup points, and from €80 with Chronopost 24h and Chronopost Samedi.

Outside mainland France, including Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion and Mayotte, we deliver with Chronopost International, express service. Colissimo International is no longer offered.

Important: the restrictive policies on vaping in Germany, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands prevent us from shipping orders to these countries. No delivery option is offered there, nor in a few other countries. Feel free to contact us so we can find a solution with you.
