Z Force: replacing the 810 mouthpiece

The Innokin Z Force mouthpiece is a replacement part for the mouth end of the tank. Its resin finish has a python-style pattern. This finish also changes the appearance of the setup when the socket accepts the part.

Identifying the correct connection

The format to look for is 810, as used by the Z Force drip tip. On another tank, consult the manufacturer's information about the removable mouthpiece, then compare the base and seal arrangement. A similar outer appearance does not establish compatibility.

Removal and fitting

Hold the tank while removing the old mouthpiece. Inspect the seating surface and seals before inserting the new drip tip straight into the socket. The part must stay stable; do not compensate for a poor fit by pushing it with a tool.

Condensation can collect in the vapor passage. Regularly wipe accessible surfaces with a clean cloth after removing the mouthpiece. For more thorough cleaning, follow the Z Force care instructions, keep the seals in place and wait until the part is dry before reinstalling it.
