Innokin Zlide 510 Drip Tip

Zlide: a mouthpiece that works with the tank lock

This Innokin drip tip serves the same function as the mouthpiece on the Zlide tank. Its striped resin finish comes in white, blue, black or red. It replaces the part when it is missing or shows damage.

What the lower extension does

The base has an extended section that helps lock the sliding top cap. On the Zlide, remove the mouthpiece before sliding that cap to access the filling opening. When finished, close the cap and reinstall the drip tip.

Checking the fit

The mouthpiece connection is a 510 format. If you are considering a different tank, also check that its shape and socket have room for the extension: the format alone does not describe the full shape of the base.

Align the part with the socket and insert it without excessive force. A mouthpiece that sits at an angle or does not stay in place calls for a check of the socket and seals, rather than extra pressure.

For maintenance, remove the drip tip and wipe away condensation with a clean cloth. After rinsing the separate part, let it dry and inspect its seals before fitting it again.
