Restore an intact tank on the Q16 Pro

Broken glass can leave a tank unusable even when its base is still in working condition. This Justfog replacement is intended for the Q16 Pro clearomizer and lets you replace the Pyrex section. It is for users who want to restore their existing tank.

Check the part before disassembly

Look for the Q16 Pro name on your equipment or in its documentation. Also compare the shape of the assembly you need to replace with the part you select. Use the exact clearomizer model when ordering a tank section; a similar appearance is not enough.

Reassemble on the base

Work with the device switched off and the clearomizer empty. Remove the tank section as described in its instructions, then clean the threaded area. If the Pyrex glass has broken, remove all fragments and do not reuse the liquid that was inside.

The replacement tank section screws back onto the base. Start the thread without tilting the part and stop tightening once it is in place. Check that the seals sit correctly: any pinched or damaged area needs attention before you refill the tank.
