Replace the glass and keep the clearomizer

The Pyrex glass takes the place of the original tube if it breaks. It lets you retain the other parts of your atomizer when they are intact. During disassembly, use the access to the glass seating surfaces to inspect the seals and remove any buildup around them.

Prepare for reassembly

Remove the clearomizer from the mod and empty the tank before opening it. Handle broken pieces separately, then clean and dry the parts you are keeping. Position the selected glass upright, with the seals in their grooves, before closing the assembly.

Moderate hand tightening avoids putting stress on the glass. On the first fill, watch the contact areas for any seepage. Keep the selected variant’s reference with your equipment so you can identify the next replacement easily.
