You receive 50 ml of liquid at 0 mg/ml nicotine in a bottle designed to hold 60 ml. To add nicotine, use a separately sold 10 ml nicotine shot. If its strength is 20 mg/ml, the resulting 60 ml of mixture contains approximately 3.3 mg/ml of nicotine.
