Description
Identifying your Z Coil
Innokin Z Coils are replacement heating components for tanks such as the Zenith and Zlide. They come in several resistance values: the family name identifies the fitting, while the selected value determines the wattage range to follow. Check both details on your old coil before ordering.
Settings to keep in mind
Among the versions offered, the 1.2 ohm Z Coil operates at 10 to 14 W. The 0.6 ohm version requires 9 to 13 W. Each range applies to the stated value only; for any other version, follow the markings on the coil and your tank’s instructions.
When replacing a coil, remove the worn component using the procedure specified for your tank. Check the seating area and seals before fitting the new part, then fill the tank with an e-liquid suited to the setup.
Let the cotton absorb liquid
Never heat a dry coil. Prime it with e-liquid and allow the cotton to become saturated before activating the device. When restarting, check the displayed power, especially if you have changed resistance values: the previous setting may no longer be suitable.
