The Titanide story continues with many projects in 2024 and a big effort to better serve the brand's loyal customers. We decided to change the way we work and to launch a new website directly linked to our stock and to our after-sales service. Here is an overview.
Titanide was acquired by Fuu at the end of 2023. For this Saint-Étienne company, significant work was needed for us to take ownership of the stock, the history, and the repair and customization know-how. In parallel, we started a thorough review of how the company works overall. Our idea? To be able to handle after-sales service, repairs and customization perfectly, and also to take care of your personal data.
Our new website supports all of these features and we are proud to present it to you. Here is the list of features you will find:
- Manage your requests through the contact form, which guarantees thorough handling of your after-sales requests, customization requests, repair requests, delivery issues and questions before purchase.
- Access to many e-liquids made by Fuu and by Titanide, with clear and precise information
- Access to regular blog articles presenting our projects in detail
- The ability to leave your review of products and ask your questions
- Access to product manuals
- Payment in 3 installments and the option to pay with an American Express card will be added soon
But this new website means we have to ask you to create a new customer account. For reasons of privacy and rigorous data management, we chose not to import the data from our old website. You will therefore need to:
- Create a new customer account with the email address of your choice
- Contact us through the form to get an old invoice if needed
We keep the accounting data of the old website, so no need to worry.

The Titanide team
